Our friendly and talented core team have decades of experience (don’t let the youthful looks fool you 🙂 and are our most valuable asset. We’re a down-to-earth bunch who pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and making our clients 100% happy every time.

You will deal with directly with our core team in your projects as we think this is the best way to get things done effectively. We also have an extended & trusted team of freelancers and contractors such as copywriters, photographers, videographers and IT support who we often draft in when required. 

ANDY KENNEDY, REACTIVE MD

Andy is the heart beat of Reactive and founded the company in 2005, having worked as a graphc designer and studio manager for the previous 20 years, delivering projects across a broad range of sectors including hospitality, brewing, financial services and manufacturing.

Away from the office Andy enjoy’s spending time with his family and can also be found torturing himself at his local CrossFit gym or creating abstract art commissions in his studio.

STU HODGSON, SENIOR DESIGNER

Stu has over 18 years industry experience after earning his University degree many moons ago now, and has since worked in a whole host of design & marketing agencies around the UK for clients such as Ikea, British Gas & Aston Martin. He is a man of many talents and enjoys helping businesses grow by working across the full design spectrum, from creating new brand identities to then developing these across the print & online channels.

When he is not working you will find him enjoying time with his family or maybe up a mountain somewhere pursuing his other passion of hiking & landscape photography! 

TONY WHITTAKER, SENIOR DEVELOPER

Tony has spent the last 10 years in development building a combination of customer facing websites and bespoke in-house systems for clients in the insurance, banking & finance industries as well as the NHS and ASDA. He loves to follow the latest changes and improvements in the technology indstury available for ourselves and clients aiming to up our product offering consistently.

Outside of the office he tries to pick heavy things up and put them down again repeatedly (usually in the gym we’d like to add!) to cover his desire to eat the amount of food that would feed a small family. 

JAMES ROBSON, NEW MEDIA

James has 20 years’ experience in software design and development.  With a background of building products to accommodate requirements in several sectors including e-commerce, finance, manufacturing – his expertise lies in custom systems development.  Covering everything from basic system to improve upon an existing customer’s ‘spreadsheet and word processing’ approach, right through to major integration projects covering several partners and interactions.

Outside of system’s development, he’s a keen motorsport fan and also loves to geek out on board games and fast cars.
