Challenge

Gear GB are a supplier and manufacturer of Generators, small engines & garden machinery.  They are also accredited Honda dealers.  When they approached Reactive Design, they had a major problem with their internal order management systems, stock management, website and brand.

Many systems were outdated, ineffective, did not work correctly or a combination of all three. 

Added to this problem was a lack of coherent branding throughout the business.

SOLUTION

Initially, the first focus was to develop a consistent modern brand which suited their industry sector and was distinct from their competitors. 

Following this we needed to perform a root and branch overhaul of their systems, replacing them with a custom build management hub which allowed them to control their entire business processed from a central place.  We also build integrations with several of the online platforms the business used (Accountancy, Couriers, Sales Channels).

Finally, we developed a brand-new front-end e-commerce platform, fully integrated with their other systems, to take their web orders
