Challenge
HydroChem offer a variety of specialist water treatment services within various industry sectors. They needed a major website overhaul to bring it up to date; give the client direct access into being able to easily edit the site content; make it clearer on the website what services they actually offer, and to also cross-sell services as some customers didnt fully understand the wide range of HydroChem services. Also HydroChem plan to imminently launch their own branded water treatment products, both to an industrial and domestic market, and they need a website which can have ecommerce functionality bolted on at a later date.
SOLUTION
Firstly by using our web platform with an extra layer of page builder capabilities, this meant the website could easily be edited by HydroChem staff moving forward to drive efficiences. To really push and cross-sell key services, we summarised and reduced these down to cover 7 key areas. These would form a global module that would be on every page to cross-sell services and educate the audience on their full range of services . The main stylistic solution to the HydroChem website was to make it very functional, and easy to navigate and find your way around. Key imagery helped drive home and reinforce services & industries. The look & feel of the new website evolves the brand identity and develops a visual approach which will appeal to an industrial (commercial) and domestic (individual) customer, and future proofs it for the planned ecommerce add on.
