In addition to the new website we developed for Oak Meadows – they also required a whole host of print based items that had consistent brand applocation to help market, educate and create desire in this development and ultimately convert enquiries to sales.

This included the need for printed items like General Brochures, House Type Options Brochures, Flyers, Agreement Docs, Packaging as well as site signage and hoarding. Digitally graphics where also needed for social and email campaigns.

The client was previously used to having to use diferent agencies for their various needs like website, printed items & digital – which invariably meant replication of briefs and brand education – which they wanted to avoid for the first time…

SOLUTION

 

Because Reactive are skilled in working across online and print channels, transitioning the visual identity & messaging we created for the website into a whole host of other marketing collateral, for example brochures and the like was pretty straightforward (for us anyway!).

This meant the client was confident that everyting needed would be produced to the same high brand standard and allowed them to focus their time on other priorities of the Housing Development.

As you can see below we expertly rolled out the visual identity into everything a housing development would need in terms of marketing and this overall project perfectly illustrated the range of services that Reactive offer all under one roof.

The impact of our work was plainly evident when the client could happily boast that all properties for Phase 1 release where sold off plan before veen the show homes where open.

 

 

HOUSE TYPE OPTIONS BROCHURE

There are 12 different House Types in the Oak Meadows Development, each with different layouts, floors and room numbers. In the options brochures the key solution was showcasing the variety of fixtures & fittings in a stylish, yet easy to understand way that made selecting options clear and easy for the house buyer. As well as printing these brochures in a suitable quality paper stock, we also supplied them in an interative pdf format too whereby check-boxes could be selected for internal reference and shared digitally with various site contractors.
