Challenge

 

Reactive Design were tasked by our client to develop a new online presence for both TICA and ACAD, the old website was problematic and over a number of years had been developed by three different companies.

Our task was to deliver a solution that could be easily managed and grow with the organisation. One of the key challenges was to completely revamp their CSCS card application process, and move it from a manual process (requiring phone calls) to be an entirely online process.

We developed a solution that fed from one single landing page, where the user then decided which of the two divisions to visit.

As both TICA and ACAD have similar branding, with the main difference being colour, it was obvious that each site would be colour coded appropriately.

Both sites carry a heavy amount of relevant content and we devised a layout that made this easy to read by displaying it in an attractive manner.

The CSCS card application process was bespoke built and integrates seamlessly with both Sage Pay and the client’s Sage Accounting software.

From launch, the new card application system has massively improved internal efficiencies in processing card applications with the online system now being the only method to apply.

We built a very intuitive and effective bespoke e-commerce and CSCS card application process, helping to drive internal efficiencies and saving staff a vast amount of time in processing applications. This is fully integrated with both SagePay and Sage Accounting software.
